For Dr. Young Jun, starting a private practice has been the best decision of his life. Not only has he gained a newfound sense of freedom and flexibility, he is having more fun in the dental chair than ever before. To him, oral surgery is more than a profession: it's cool. Education & Residency

Dr. Jun received his D.D.S. from Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry before earning his M.D. and completing a successful oral and maxillofacial residency under the mentorship of world-renown surgeons at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Memberships & Certifications

Dr. Jun is certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and was recruited by the Southern California Permanente Group Medical Group. He is also a proud Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Achieving Fellowship status within the College is a testament to Dr. Jun’s unwavering commitment to exceptional patient care. This prestigious honor, reserved for a select group of oral and maxillofacial surgeons, recognizes his leadership, innovation, and dedication to advancing the field. Outside the Office

Dr. Jun spends his time traveling, hiking, exercising, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife, Carrol.
